UK COVID-19 spread climbing

The UK recently announced a new, more infectious SARS-CoV-2 variant is spreading and they are instituting new social distancing measures to try and control it. The daily cases loads are hitting record highs as reported to the European CDC and Johns Hopkins. And our COVID-19 Modeller (closeassociate.com) is showing a steep rise in the reproduction rate. Things will get worse in the near term in terms of increasing daily case numbers.
